We offer 10-DAY packages for your moving requirements in the Klang Valley. The plastic moving box packages are only estimates and each house will need more or less than described below. For smaller or larger quantities of plastic moving boxes, e-mail or call us.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

Each rented box will include a RM 50 deposit. For example, if you take 5 boxes, then the deposit will be RM 250, no matter the duration. The deposit is fully refundable.

There are 2 ways to pay the deposit;

  • CURLEC AUTO-DEBIT (Only available for certain local banks and credit cards) – Sign up with Curlec Auto-Debit and no deposit is actually made. Through Curlec, you only give us the authority to withdraw the deposit amount if we are required to. Once the boxes are returned in good condition, the authorisation will be terminated.
    • Banks accepted by Curlec are Bank Accounts, Credit Cards & Debit Cards connected to online portals of the following bank

      • Bank Islam Malaysia
      • Hong Leong Bank

  • BANK TRANSFER / FPX / PAYPAL FULL AMOUNT – You are able to transfer the full deposit and payment into our account prior to the delivery of the boxes. After the boxes are returned in good condition, the deposit will be fully refunded into your account.

 

As for now, we do not accept any personal cheques. Cheques issued by Sdn Bhds are acceptable forms of deposit.

DELIVERY & PICK-UP

Box rental is only available for use in the Klang Valley. Delivery of the boxes can be made 3 business days in advance.

Delivery and pick-up is available in 2 sessions;

  • Monday – 10 AM – 1 PM & 1 PM – 5 PM
  • Tuesday – 10 AM – 1 PM & 1 PM – 5 PM
  • Wednesday – 10 AM – 1 PM & 1 PM – 5 PM
  • Thursday – 10 AM – 1 PM & 1 PM – 5 PM
  • Friday – 10 AM – 1 PM & 1 PM – 5 PM
  • Saturday – 10 AM – 1 PM

As for now, we are unable to do interstate rentals. If, however, you would like to use the boxes for moves in different states, please do contact us and we can try to arrange it, or, you can come to our warehouse and pick it up and deliver the boxes yourself.

NEED THE BOXES SOONER?

Not a problem. Just send us an e-mail or give us a call and we can try to arrange a delivery as soon as possible. Please note that extra fees may apply for express delivery.

THE BOX & WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

Customers are responsible for informing any form of management and security of the delivery and pick-up of the boxes. We are not liable if we are not allowed to enter the premise, and extra fees may be incurred if we need to reschedule the delivery and/or pick-up.

Customers must notify us if there are no elevators-access in the premise. A fee of RM 10 per floor for every 10 boxes will be levied if we are required to lift and bring the boxes up or down flights of stairs.

Prior to the delivery, we check all the boxes for any discrepancies. When you receive the boxes, you should go through all the boxes to ensure that there are no broken parts on any box.

You are given 48 hours to make a report, and we will replace the box with no additional costs. After 48 hours, any reports must go through a formal investigation to determine the fault, reason, and severity of the problem. 

We try to keep the boxes in the best conditions possible, so we hope that you will return them in the same condition.

If you like our box, it’s RM 100 per box.

NEED MORE BOXES OR MORE TIME?

If you need more more boxes or more time for packing and / or unpacking, then it’s not a problem!

Per box – RM 5 / Week

Per trip – RM 4.20 / KM from our warehouse in Seksyen 13, Petaling Jaya (minimum RM15).
